NOTICE INVITING TENDER / QUOTATIONS

 

The Consulate General of India is celebrating India’s 71st Republic Day on Sunday, January 26th, 2020 at the Consulate’s premises. Approximately 150 people are expected to join in the celebrations. The Consulate invites sealed tenders from eligible firms/ agencies for providing catering services on January 26th, 2020.

The catering menu should include the following items:

 

SPECIFICATIONS:

 

Appetizers

Entrees

Dessert

Boneless tandoori murgh

Dum murgh biryani

Jalebi

Methi macchi tikka

Gosht biryani

Ras malai

Roasted lamb chops

Veg. biryani

Cardamom tea

Peri peri prawns

 

Coffee

Shakarkandi aur ananas ki chaat

 

Lassi (Sweet & Salty)

Karari bhindi

 

Ammpanna

Lasuni Gobi

 

 

 

Will also include:

Salad, raita, pickle, papad, diced mango chutney

China crockery, cutlery & glassware

Wait staff for manning and serving at the tables

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

i. Tenders submission:

Please submit your bids in sealed envelopes to: Head of Chancery, Consulate General of India, New York, 3 East 64th Street, New York, NY 10065 or

ii. Rates should be quoted in figures and words clearly in US Dollars.

iii. Rates should be inclusive of all taxes and other charges.
