          The Consulate General of India, 3 east 64 street, New York, NY 10065 invites bids to provide catering services for 200 guests on the occasion of Republic Day of India on 26th January 2017. The bids should include all the expenses like food items, utensils, chafing dishes, worker and supply of the items to the Consulate. The services should include the following :

          Catering arrangement for 200 guests should be as mentioned below :

Appetizers:

1. One vegetarian item
2. One non-vegetarian

Main Course:

1. Assorted Breads
2. Plain Rice
3. Chicken Biryani
4. Three Vegetarian Dishes
5. Two Sweet Dishes

Other Items:

1. Formal Plates
2. Spoons & Forks

          Interested parties are welcome to contact the Consulate for any further clarity before submission of their bids on any working day till January 24, 2017 between 0900 hrs and 1730 hrs.
