TENDER NOTICE

            Sealed Tenders are invited from agencies having professional experience in installation of LED lights in place of existing lights (i.e bulbs/tube light sets) in all office rooms of Consulate General of India, 3 East 64 Street, New York NY 10065. Tenders along with details of previous experience for the installation of LED lights in office premises may be send in sealed envelopes to Head of Chancery. The bids should include all the expenses like supply and installation of bulbs/LED light fixtures including all required accessories, cabling and other material, labor, electrician etc.

          Interested parties are welcome to contact the Consulate to assess the scope of the work before submission of their bids on any working day till April 15, 2021 between 0900 hrs and 1730 hrs.
