Tender notice

Tenders are invited from technical companies for annual maintenance of desktop computers with its related components, servers and internal networking in the Consulate General of India at 3 East 64th Street, New York, NY, 10065. For more details on the computer systems, the interested companies may visit the Consulate.

Following points should be included while assigning the AMC of the Server.

1. Schedule preventive maintenance on weekly basis for computers, and its components, servers and internal networking under AMC and submit the report.

2. Operating System Support for all computers and servers to be covered under AMC. Monitoring of vital components of network including servers, firewalls and routers.

3. System and network configuration: Cable management, service and repair.

4. The vendor will install Operating system, in case, it is corrupted or Hard drive failure. Hard Disk partition and file system will be configured with the help of Mission support Center, NIC , Delhi.

5. In case of Hard Disk failure, the vendor will not take it out of mission for recovery of loss of data.

6. All parts of the server or other desktop computers and all accessories will be part of AMC.

7.Maintenance visits will be on weekly basis; in case of emergency, response time will be within 2 - 3 hours. Failure to respond will result in      penalty.

8. To provide help with equipment asset management and keep track of inventory on a regular basis. To provide comprehensive detail of all hardware and software assets of the Consulate and to identify any unauthorized software on the network.

9. Resolve hardware related issues; back-up services; update anti-virus on all systems

10. Proactive maintenance of Servers will include - Monthly analysis of: Applications and databases running on server (s); Operating systems, services and server (s) hardware; system and network security and intrusion detection, server disk space, utilization and intrusion detection.

11.Proactive maintenance of desktops will include - Monthly analysis of: Errors, warnings and informational alerts concerning Problems with Microsoft Operating system, problems with Microsoft or any other 3rd party applications; system and network security, firewall and intrusion detection; .

The proposal needs to be submitted within 15 days from the tender notice date on CPP Portal.
