Sub : Supply and installation of Visitor Registration system in Reception area of the Chancery Building.

          The Consulate General of India, 3 East 64 streets, New York, NY 10065 invites bids to furnish and install I-pad based visitor registration system for guests/ visitors visits in the Consulate during event/ functions. The bids should include all the expenses like supply of all required parts for installation of new visitor registration system, including labor and delivery charges.

          Interested parties are welcome to contact the Consulate for any further clarity before submission of their bids on any working day till Aug 25, 2020 between 0900hrs. and 1730hrs.
