NOTICE INVITING TENDER / QUOTATIONS

The Consulate General of India, New York invites sealed tenders to submit proposals for the provision of design and printing services for high quality infographic booklets.

2. Details of Product is placed below:

i) We would require One thousand copies of about 40 pages including cover page.
ii) Dimensions:  
a) Length: 7. 75 inches Width 4.75 inches
b) Length: 8. 25 inches Width 5.75 inches
iii) Paper quality: High quality paper in Matte or Glossy Finish

3) Terms & Conditions
i. Tenders to be submitted in sealed envelopes
ii. Quotes may be submitted for total costs for designing and printing as well as separate quotes for designing service and printing service may be submitted for each category ( i.e. both dimensions and glossy /matt finish) and should be quoted in figures and words clearly.
iii. Taxes should be shown separately as we are a tax exempt organization.
