The Consulate General of India located at 3 east 64 street, New York, NY 10065 invites bids from the License holder security companies for providing one unarmed security guard on hourly basis, who is required for 4.5 hrs in the Chancery visitor area. The bids should include hourly charges for one security guard. The Security companies submitting bids to provide security guards should ensure quality parameters as below :

1. The Guard should be in good physical & mental state of health.
2. The details of the security guard in terms of character and antecedents should be verified by an authorized agency.
3. Guard should perform their duties in smart, neat and clean uniform to be provided by the Security Agency.
4. The Guard should possess training in basic security duties including the use of basic security tools such as HHMD and DFMD.
5. The Guard should have knowledge of English.
6. The Agency should agree and be able to provide a choice of persons three times our requirement to interview and choose from.
7. The Security Agencies should have sufficient guards on its roll so that the staff is rotated periodically.
