NOTICE INVITING TENDER / QUOTATIONS

 The Consulate General of India, New York invites sealed tenders from eligible firms/agencies for stage and technical arrangements, description as mentioned below  :

             The Consulate General of India is celebrating 4th International Day of Yoga with its flagship event on June 16th at Governor's Island.

            In order to facilitate the event, we will require stage and technology components listed as below:

• 1 Line Array Mic / Sound Package - Sound for 500 people
• 1 Presonus 16.0.2 Digital Audio Mixer
• 1 NEXO Geo Compact Line Array Pkg (8) Tops (2) Subs Included
• 2 Powered Stage Monitor for band - Meyer Sound
• 1 Wired Handheld Mic w/ Stand (Shure SM58)
• 2 Wireless Countryman E6 Headset Mic)
• 1 Band Mic Package
• 1 iPod DI Box
• 1 Microphone Snake with 16 XLR Mic Returns and 4 1/4" Sends
• 1 Generator for Audio Equipment & Band
• 1 Mobile Stage - Mobile Stage - 24' x 20' x 3' w/ Stairs & Banner Bar

            Also required, will be photo and video partners. The company will have to provide: photographers, videographers, personnel/s to handle drone imaging, hotspot and wifi connection, video & photo uploads in real time and finally collage of all images and videos.
