On the evening of April 30, 2014 Disney Pictures, Seven Figures Management, SAMMA and the Consulate General of India, New York organised special private advanced screening of the film "Million Dollar Arm" at Lighthouse Theatre, New York. The screening was followed by dinner reception at the Consulate's ballroom.

“Million Dollar Arm” that celebrates the real world story of two young Indian cricketers Mr Dinesh Patel and Mr Rinku Singh who entered a cricket contest in India and went on to become the first two Indian born athletes to ever play professional team sports in USA. The film "Million Dollar Arm" has been directed by Craig Gillespie. Mr Ash Vasudevan is the founder of the film. The event was attended by Mr Dinesh Patel himself whose role has been played by Mr Madhur Mittal from "Slumdog Millionaire".

The screening was attended by Mr Dnyaneshwar M. Mulay, Consul General of India and more than two hundred people from different fields of the film industry as well as prominent Indians and mainstream people who enjoyed the film. The festivity ended with the dinner.
