1.   Indian Visa Services pertaining to acceptance of visa applications and delivery of processed passports have been outsourced to the M/s Cox and Kings Global Services Pvt. Ltd. [2nd Floor, 235 West 23rd Street, New York-10011.Tel. 646-589-0088 and 516-206-1483Website: www.in.ckgs.us  ]. M/s Cox and Kings Global Services Pvt. Ltd. also deals with the OCI applications and Renunciation of Indian Citizenship applications. The Consulate General of India, New York, does not authorize any other agents for facilitating the acceptance of visa /OCI/Renunciation applications and delivery of processed passports& other documents.

2.   Similarly, Indian Passport Services have been outsourced to also the M/s Cox and Kings Global Services (CKGS), 5th floor, 336 West, 37th Street, New York 10018, Website: http://www.passport.in.ckgs.us . For submission of application forms for renewal of passports under tatkal scheme, a copy of the passport particulars page and valid visa page needs to be sent for approval to the Consulate on tatkal@indiacgny.org & tatkalnyc@gmail.com before the application is submitted at the M/s Cox and Kings Global Services.

3.   The applications for emergency visa & attestations are done directly at the Consulate General of India, New York [3 East 64 Street New York, NY, 10065] without any prior appointment.

4.   There are no agents or middlemen authorized to facilitate deposit of application forms in respect of visa/OCI/Renunciation and Passport renewal. Any individual can fill in the online application form and deposit the same without the involvement of agents or middlemen.
