As part of his ongoing visit Minister of State, AYUSH, Government of India, Mr. Shripad Yesso Naik attended the curtain raiser event for the International Day of Yoga-2017 in USA on May 21, 2017 at Armenise Amphitheater, Gordon Hall, Boston. Ms. Hillary Garivaltis, Executive Director, National Ayurvedic Medical Association and Dr. B.N. Gangadhar, Director, National Institute of Mental Health and Neuroscience (NIMHANS), India also spoke at the event. Parallel workshops on various topics such as Addiction Management, Yoga and Pain and First-Aid Care, etc. were held as part of the event.
