Consulate@YourDoorStep (Consular Facilitation Camp at Columbus, Ohio)
As part of the “Consulate @ Your Doorstep” initiative, The Consulate General of India, New York is holding a Consular Facilitation Camp at Little Bear Golf Club, 1940 Little bear Loop, Lewis Center, Ohio 43035 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on March 26, 2022 in association with Federation of Indian Associations, Ohio and VFS Global.

Please note that due to Covid-19 pandemic, you are expected to follow regulations and only limited people will be allowed at any given time. Following Consular Services will be provided at the camp site:

Passport
Applicants may complete the online application form on Government of India passport portal https://portal4.passportindia.gov.in/Online/welcomeLink and note down the ARN for File No., once filled take a print out of the filled application. Thereafter, proceed to VFS website https://services.vfsglobal.com/usa/en/ind for completing the application process for submission through VFS. Please bring the completed application along with supporting documents and same can be submitted to VFS personnel who will be present there.

OCI
Applicants may complete the online application form on Government of India OCI portal https://ociservices.gov.in/ and note down the USAN*** No. Once filled take a print out of the filled application. Thereafter, proceed to VFS website https://services.vfsglobal.com/usa/en/ind for completing the application process for submission through VFS. Please bring the completed application along with supporting documents and same can be submitted to VFS personnel who will be present there.

PCC, Renunciation and GEP
Applicants may complete the online application form on Government of India passport portal https://portal4.passportindia.gov.in/Online/welcomeLink and note down the ARN for File No. Once filled please take a print out of the filled application. Thereafter, proceed to VFS website https://services.vfsglobal.com/usa/en/ind for completing the application process for submission through VFS. Please bring the completed application along with supporting documents and same can be submitted to VFS personnel who will be present there.

Visa
Applicants may complete the online application form on Government of India passport portal    https://indianvisaonline.gov.in  and note down the USANV***** No. Once filled please take a print out of the filled application. Thereafter, proceed to VFS website https://services.vfsglobal.com/usa/en/ind for completing the application process for submission through VFS.  Please bring the completed application along with supporting documents and same can be scrutinized and pre-verified for submission to VFS.

Miscellaneous Consular Service (Power of Attorney etc.)
Misc. Consular Service such as Power of Attorney, Attestation etc. will be provided directly by the Consulate Officer at the camp site. Misc. Consular Services will be processed and will be delivered at the Camp site itself. Applicants may complete the online application form on CGI, New York website https://www.indiainnewyork.gov.in/Miscellaneous_service. Once filled please take a print out of the filled application and bring it along with supporting documents. It will be processed and delivered at the camp site itself.
