The Consulate General of India, 3-East, 64th Street, New York, NY- 10065 invites applications for the post of local "CHAUFFEUR", having a pay scale of US$ 3120-94-4530-136-5890-177-7600, for immediate employment. Starting Salary for this post of chauffeur is US$3120 per month, with additional overtime allowances if any as per prescribed rates. The applicant must have minimum 3 years of experience. The applicant should preferably hold at least E - Class New York State Driver License. Applicant must have valid work permit (EAD /permanent residency (Green card) / USA citizen). Applicant must be well versed with the driving of SUV & Sedan class cars, comfortable in use of GPS system, knowledge of local law about driving. Preference would be given to the applicant who has additional knowledge about mechanical parts of system of Chevrolet Suburban vehicle
